Their services differ from PaperTax: an advisor can prepare and submit a return for you. Your cantonal tax app is free. You pay PaperTax for help understanding your documents, instructions for that app and AI chat.
How you pay
You decide whether to pay after reading your free guide card. To continue, choose the option to unlock the full guide in your PaperTax return. You pay once for that return, which also opens the chat. There is no subscription.
Stripe processes your card payment. You enter your payment details on Stripe’s checkout page. PaperTax receives a payment reference and confirmation that the payment succeeded. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Refunds
Request a full refund within 14 days of paying, no questions asked. A duplicate charge, or a failure on our side that stops the guide being produced at all, is refunded at any time.
Email contact@papertax.ch with your account email and the date you paid. We answer within five working days. The full wording is in the terms of service.
